Booking an appointment:

For all appointments and inquiries, please call us on (02) 8847 2200 or fill out the enquiry form and we will be in touch at the earliest opportunity.

Cancelling an appointment:

Please allow at least one day’s notice when cancelling an appointment and call us during office hours.  This will allow us to offer your appointment time to patients on our waiting list.

We recognise that your time is valuable, and we make every effort to run on time. Occasionally emergencies or patients require a little more time, and these cause scheduling delays beyond our control. We apologise if we keep you waiting.

Public Transport


The WestPoint Bus Station is located in the mall opposite our practice, directly beneath Level 1.  This is serviced by both Westbus and Busways Bus Services.

Blacktown Station is a convenient two minute walk from our practice, along Main Street which becomes Kildare Road. This rail line provides direct access from Sydney’s CBD and the Western, Cumberland and Blue Mountain lines.

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Credit Card
  • Cash (only in exceptional situations)


There is some on road parking available and a parking lot across the road at WestPoint Shopping Centre which provides 3 hours of parking for free.

What to bring to your first appointment

Please be sure to bring the following with you to your appointment:

  • A referral from your doctor
  • Your private health insurance details if you have one
  • Your Medicare card
